Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This means we've received your order and pre-authorised your credit card. We'll then process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, destination, and the total weight of the package. Exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Time: 2 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Tracking Information

After your payment is processed, your order will ship within three business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping costs), and you will need to place a new order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change of address by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
